BPX provides minority internship support to our customers targeting minority serving institutions to promote participation by typically under-represented populations. We work with various Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) (e.g. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs)) to ensure students are presented with the internship opportunities at hand. We work with our customers to reach out to these institutions and promote participation in various internship programs. We assist in marketing to these MSIs, proactively recruiting students, processing student applications, and providing logistics support (housing, transportation, scheduling).Through our pro-active efforts, we have successfully increased minority participation in our customers' internship programs.
