BPX provides training support to our customers from informal ad hoc training to formal classroom training and distance learning efforts. We assist with course curriculum development as well as providing the training directly. We also provide the essential logistics support involved with training programs to include timing of the training, coordination of trainer time and material preparations, devising feedback forms with subsequent collection and analysis of responses, and maintaining training records regarding number and types of training provided. As with most efforts in today’s high tech environment, BPX also ensures the necessary support systems are in place to enable staff to perform their efforts including web-based distance learning techniques with its underlying technological components
